Following Claire’s debut demo came a string of compliments from top name producers, rave reviews from music industry consultants and headlines like “One Woman Phenomenon” from newspaper reviews.
So where next for such great new talent? Well...
Claire spent time studying music production and also music tutoring, gained experience playing urban music festivals alongside headline acts such as Blak Twang and wrote even more great tunes. This all led to some major record label interest from the likes of Telstar, EMI Germany and First Avenue Records.
Primarily a vocalist Claire has honed her skill as a songwriter. Producing heartfelt songs with layers of rich harmonies, from acoustic to fully produced r’n’b. The lyrics tell mini stories of love, lust and betrayal amongst other things all sung over melodic grooves.
Personal setbacks put Claire’s musical career on hold for a long time. Now ready for action once again Claire has begun writing with a mature new sound on her solo projects, she is also working with Canadian producer Redhead Creations and Mighty Wight Productions producer Tony Thompson. Currently in the process of co-writing new material with an excellent guitarist with a slightly heavier edge the future is looking busy and bright!

Move I've now officially left Wales and am based in London for at least the next 3 years. I have my fingers well and truly crossed that I learn lots of new skills doing a degree in music tech.
If there are any muso's, songwriters or producers who like my music and would like to help turn my home made demos into something real then please contact me via gigahitz, my website or myspace or claire@claireroelands.com
Thanks for all the continued support I receive and the great comments.
