Fortune Faded Glory has been in the making for 12 years, since the day that Craig Hammer picked up a guitar there was always going to be something that eventually led to his songs being shown to the world in one way or another. Craig's influences vary from The Beatles to The Foo Fighters, The Kinks to Jimmy Eat World and long stops at Oasis and Dashboard Confessional on the way. Its the latter of the bunch that have really propelled Craig to writing the music he is finally comfortable with, and the recruitment of James Lawrence on guitar spurred the birth of Fortune Faded Glory in late November 2005. After a brief pause to allow James the chance to finish his A Levels, the duo started playing live shows together again in the Autumn of 2006
